A sewage backup isn't something a mop handles safely. Our Sewage Cleanup response starts with containment and protective equipment, because the priority is safety first, cleanup second.

Removing porous materials that contacted blackwater isn't a cost-cutting decision — it's a safety standard, since carpet, pad, and drywall simply can't be fully sanitized after Category 3 contact.
We'd rather explain the sewage cleanup process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Every sewage job follows documented contamination protocol, not an improvised approach.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
Sewage calls get priority dispatch given the actual health risk involved.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Water gets classified as Category 3 blackwater immediately, which sets the entire response protocol.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater are removed rather than dried in place.
Disinfection follows removal of unsalvageable materials, covering the entire affected zone.
Odor gets addressed through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
Final sign-off includes both moisture and contamination checks, not just one.
This is the same sequence every sewage cleanup job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
These reviews come from real sewage cleanup calls, not a curated highlight reel.
